أولاً: سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

  • نطاق الشحن: نقوم بالشحن إلى كافة مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية ودول الخليج.
  • مدة التجهيز: يتم تجهيز الطلبات (خاصة اللوحات المخصصة) خلال 2-4 أيام عمل.
  • مدة التوصيل: يستغرق التوصيل داخل الرياض من 24-48 ساعة، وباقي مدن المملكة من 3-7 أيام عمل.
  • رسوم الشحن: تظهر رسوم الشحن بوضوح في صفحة الدفع قبل إتمام الطلب، وقد نوفر شحناً مجانياً في العروض الخاصة.
  • تتبع الشحنة: بمجرد خروج طلبك، سنقوم بتزويدك برقم التتبع عبر الرسائل النصية أو البريد الإلكتروني.

ثانياً: سياسة الخصوصية

نحن في متجر جريتنس نقدر خصوصيتك، لذا نلتزم بالآتي:

  • جمع البيانات: نجمع فقط البيانات الضرورية (الاسم، العنوان، رقم الجوال) لإيصال طلبك بأفضل صورة.
  • حماية المعلومات: نستخدم تقنيات تشفير متطورة لضمان أمن بياناتك ومنع الوصول غير المصرح به.
  • مشاركة المعلومات: لا نقوم ببيع أو تأجير بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث؛ يتم مشاركة العنوان فقط مع شركات الشحن المختصة.
  • الدفع الإلكتروني: يتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر بوابات مشفرة وآمنة تماماً، ولا نطلع على بيانات بطاقاتك الائتمانية.

  • Processing Time: Orders (especially custom art) are prepared within 2-4 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery within Riyadh takes 24-48 hours; other cities take 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Fees are clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply during special promotions.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستستلم رسالة عبر البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على رقم تتبع الشحنة. يمكنك استخدام هذا الرقم لتتبع مسار شحنتك مباشرة عبر موقع شركة الشحن.

ملاحظات هامة

  • يتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة بيانات الشحن (الاسم، العنوان، رقم الجوال). أي خطأ في هذه البيانات قد يؤدي إلى تأخير في توصيل الشحنة أو فرض رسوم إضافية من قبل شركة الشحن.
  • قد تتأثر مدة التوصيل في أوقات المواسم أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا، وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبلاغكم بأي تأخير.

Approved Shipping Carriers

We partner with the best shipping companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure a fast and secure delivery experience, such as: [e.g., SMSA, Aramex, SPL].

Order Processing Time

We care about every art piece we send you. Therefore, the process of preparing, packaging, and shipping your order may take the following durations:

  • Ready-made Products (T-shirts, Stickers, Ready-made Canvases): From 1 to 3 business days.
  • Custom-Designed Products ("Design Your Own Canvas"): From 3 to 5 business days.

(Business days are from Sunday to Thursday and do not include public holidays).

Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

After the order is processed and handed over to the shipping company, the expected delivery time is as follows:

  • Within Riyadh City: From 1 to 2 business days. (Cost: [e.g., 25 SAR]).
  • To other major cities (Jeddah, Dammam, etc.): From 2 to 4 business days. (Cost: [30]).

Free Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipment's tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website.
