سياسة الشحن والتوصيل | Shipping & Delivery Policy

في متجر جريتنس، نحرص على أن تصلك كنوزك بأسرع وقت وبأفضل حال. نوضح في هذه الصفحة كل ما يتعلق بعملية الشحن والتوصيل.

شركات الشحن المعتمدة

نتعاون مع أفضل شركات الشحن في المملكة العربية السعودية لضمان تجربة توصيل سريعة وآمنة، مثل: [مثال: SMSA, Aramex, SPL].

مدة تجهيز الطلبات

نحن نهتم بكل قطعة فنية نرسلها لك. لذلك، قد تستغرق عملية تجهيز الطلب وتغليفه وشحنه المدد التالية:

  • المنتجات الجاهزة (تيشرتات، ستيكرات، لوحات جاهزة): من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل.
  • المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب ("صمم لوحتك الخاصة"): من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

(أيام العمل هي من الأحد إلى الخميس، ولا تشمل العطلات الرسمية).

مدة التوصيل وتكاليف الشحن

بعد تجهيز الطلب وتسليمه لشركة الشحن، تكون مدة التوصيل المتوقعة كالتالي:

  • داخل مدينة الرياض: من 1 إلى 2 أيام عمل. (التكلفة: [مثال: 25 ريال سعودي]).
  • إلى المدن الرئيسية الأخرى (جدة، الدمام، ...): من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل. (التكلفة: [30]).
  • باقي مدن ومناطق المملكة: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل. (التكلفة: ).

الشحن المجاني

تتبع الطلبات

بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستستلم رسالة عبر البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على رقم تتبع الشحنة. يمكنك استخدام هذا الرقم لتتبع مسار شحنتك مباشرة عبر موقع شركة الشحن.

ملاحظات هامة

  • يتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة بيانات الشحن (الاسم، العنوان، رقم الجوال). أي خطأ في هذه البيانات قد يؤدي إلى تأخير في توصيل الشحنة أو فرض رسوم إضافية من قبل شركة الشحن.
  • قد تتأثر مدة التوصيل في أوقات المواسم أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا، وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبلاغكم بأي تأخير.

Order Processing Time

We care about every art piece we send you. Therefore, the process of preparing, packaging, and shipping your order may take the following durations:

  • Ready-made Products (T-shirts, Stickers, Ready-made Canvases): From 1 to 3 business days.
  • Custom-Designed Products ("Design Your Own Canvas"): From 3 to 5 business days.

(Business days are from Sunday to Thursday and do not include public holidays).

Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

After the order is processed and handed over to the shipping company, the expected delivery time is as follows:

  • Within Riyadh City: From 1 to 2 business days. (Cost: [e.g., 25 SAR]).
  • To other major cities (Jeddah, Dammam, etc.): From 2 to 4 business days. (Cost: [30]).
  • Rest of the Kingdom's cities and regions: From 3 to 7 business days. (Cost: [50]).

Free Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipment's tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website.

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information (name, address, mobile number). Any error in this data may lead to delays or additional fees from the shipping company.
  • Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to inform you of any delays.
